Origin

Being handwoven in the master workshops of northern Afghanistan, this Sultani runner rug continues the eternal traditions of Persian-inspired design. Materials

The carpets are woven out of hand-spun Ghazni wool, which is quite resilient and has a natural shine. It is colored using botanical pigments, including indigo, pomegranate rind and madder, resulting in a high contrast and longevity of brilliance. Design

A waterfall of flowering plants, palmettes, and interlacing vines animates the midnight-black field of the runner.
